We will need to know the executive who will be coming from your organization. Hotel room accommodations are included as part of your visit to SHOWUP for up to two people.

For those arriving Tuesday afternoon, Derema will be hosting a 25th Anniversary Celebration at the Adventure Aquarium which includes dinner.

The show floor will be open Wednesday, August 20 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM where food and beverages will be provided.

Wednesday evening with feature a show floor cocktail party with hors d’oeuvres.

On the form, we need your overnight room requested dates. As an example, if you plan to come in Tuesday evening and departThursday morning, please select Tuesday and Wednesday for your hotel requirements.
