FLOJET Product Sweepstakes
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
The FLOJET Product Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Derema Group, LLC, 831 Lincoln Ave., Unit 11, West Chester, PA 19380 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Derema Group, LLC, FLOJET, Xylem, Clarience Technologies, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time on August 4, 2026, and ends at 3:00 PM Eastern Time on September 5, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, complete and submit the official online entry form by providing the requested information.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a FLOJET product with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $250 USD.
The exact prize may vary based on product availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will be conducted within approximately ten (10) business days after the Sweepstakes closes.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided during entry.
If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot be contacted, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, company name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. Privacy
Information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and may also be used by Sponsor to provide future product information, promotions, and marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Sponsor will not sell entrant information to third parties.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Derema Group, LLC, FLOJET, Xylem, Clarience Technologies, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
12. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
